Well...I finally "took the plunge" and joined TIG...

As part of my quest for empowerment, I aim to remove the exclamation mark from standard character sets around the globe. While that last statement may have been worthy of exclamation, i find that in general people use them FAR to often. And therefore i offer the following solutions:

Use CAPITAL or BLOCK LETTERS.

Use Bold text.

Underline key phrases.

USE A COMBINATION OF THE PREVIOUS THREE SOLUTIONS
